Im looking for a arcade game i used to play. It was a big cabinet with a bench for 4 people to sit down. in front there was 4 mounted cannons. the game was like a video the screen was very big. there would be a big space destroyer and the footage would circle round it and you had to shoot attacking spaceships. The audio was loud and Bassey. 

So say your arrested for murder and want to represent yourself but need to investigate the crime scene etc how would you do that?

i watched the new series of making a murderer and the new lawyer got the same car and setup a test to show the blood they claim was his wouldnt have got where they said and would have been elsewhere like gear lever etc.

his previous lawyer were morons and failed to contest important things. So say you was arrested for a similar serious crime and decided to represent yourself and you needed to visit the crime scene and setup recorded tests? Would they have to oblige you and escort you from prison? how does that work as i assume you have the right to try to prove your innocence.

I work with a chilled young guy. a few months back after being arrested for something at home he stayed at work for 3 days saying police were hiding on his roof watching him. He then seemed fine for a while. Recently after a maintenece team did some wiring he searched the office and cut up pens and cables looking for hidden cameras he ignored the fact their is a camera in the office anyway.

A couple of days later he wrote a message on another guys phone saying dont respond they are watching. they are following me when i goto the bathroom and i know the other guy is in on it. The other guy he refers to is me.We cant reason with him because he fully believes he is being watched.My company have a really poor history of doing nothing about any issues at work so i feel telling them wont help or may enforce his beliefs that he is being watched by the police. My concern is that he might soon think one of us is a threat to him.What is the best way to address this before it becomes alot worse

My parents lived in a mobile home and my stepdad did cash in hand manual work for years. he has been offered a permamanant job and They now need to move. me and my gf want to get a place we both work and have references from our landlords.

My parents wont pass a credit check and cant get a landlord reference. We are looking at houses.

If we inform the estate agents that we want the tenancy in mine and my gf name but my parents will also live there do they require references and checks of my parents?

at work we use a daily occurence book. its a massive waste of paper. what i want to do is create a digital version that at the end of each line when yopu move to the next by pressing enter or ticking a box or whatever the previous line saves and cannot be changed, does anyone know of such a program

Outside my work is a private road with bollards and a gate at the front. The road belongs to the church opposite my work

I drove through the bollards and parked on the road to walk in the front of my building and grab something. A police car was parked across the gate as they sometimes park there

The police officer had a massive go at me telling me its not a road and I can't park there and if I don't move I would be in trouble. I later checked and confirmed it is a private road. There is no lines or signs on the road. Being that I work in the building I can get the key from the church however that would take alot longer the than passing the bollards grabbing my stuff and leaving. 

Can a police officer enforce parking on a private road with no visible parking restrictions. 

If not next time I will tell him to take a long walk off a short pier.

about 20 years ago there was a big arcade machine with a curved screen. you all sat inside and had big cannons to hold. the game was like watching vr you would have tons of enemy ships to shoot and then you would swoop down towards big motherships and have to shoot out the cannons. it had loud audio

I use a pc at work that unlocks a door. when the system crashes we restart the pc. Most of the time the pc takes around 3 minutes to start. Sometimes it will restart in 15 seconds. because we dont have a copy of the software i cannot format it.

Specs:

i5 vista 32 business. 3.2ghz 240ssd 16gb ram.

things i have tried:

uninstalled all programs not needed.

stopped all startup programs not needed

stopped all processes not needed.

ran anti virus and malware checks

updated all driver

set the boot sequence to hd 1st.

Is their anyway to detect what the pc is doing whilst it is booting?

any real suggestions as to what might be the cause would be great

my friend has a old car about 1999 and when it rain it becomes hard to see as the glass blurs. she has tried numerous wipers including bosch and changed the fluid more than a few time and nothing fixes it. i tried traffic film remover and scrubbed and scrubbed and it came out amazing but a short while later the problem returned. When she cant see she pours soapy water over the windscreen which helps for a while.

Could it be the washer bottle is contaminated? I have run out of ideas to fix it

A car pulled out into my lane in front of me and we continued forward. Ahead their is a bus lane im allowed in on my motorbike and a petrol station on the left. he started indicating left but then moved moved about 6 foot to the right following all the cars avoiding the bus lane.

suddenly i saw his break light and assuming he was about to turn left tried to speed up to get out of the way he turned fast hitting my bike and dragging it some distance into the petrol station forecourt.

I have camera footage and a witness. Im worried that because he indicated i might be held in part responsible but everyone so far has said just because you indicate does not mean you can just turn without checking.

My bike is a huge bright yellow ex ambulance bike its very hard to miss if you look in a mirror. And when he pulled out he cut up some motorbikes in front of me so was very aware motorbikes were around him

I had a car in front of me and we was approaching a bus lane the car moves into the right lane seemingly to avoid the bus lane it suddenly indicates and turns left hitting me side on and dragging my bike into the petrol station he was trying to turn into. I have camera footage.

Does it matter that he indicated left before serving into me? Without a claims team behind me how do I deal with the claim

i was hit in the rear at lights. Driver doesnt have insurance but the owner does.

Owner claimed the car was 300 miles away being cleaned but no proof

The owners insurance paid for my bike and said if the valet company wont cover it they will sort the rest.

Instead my solicitors ignored that and sent it to the MIB will MIB deal with it or send it back? Its been with them about 4 months

I work for a security company. Im based in a office building. The site is run by another company who deals with all the different companies onsite like the cleaning engineering etc.

Mid Last year i was told by my onsite manager we was getting a pay increase to £10.62 instead it went from £9.20 to £9.38

this year we have been told the increase will happen in june instead.

The site manager paid the money to my firm last year to increase our pay to £10.62 but instead without his permission they spent the money on other things. I have now asked if we are getting backdated pay.

Is it legal what they did and can i insist they pay us the money they were meant to give us?

My manager is off sick and my supervisor is power mad. We work for a security firm for a building and every thing that happens he ignores policy and reports it direct to the building manager. just before christmas he shouted at a cover guard in the middle of reception because she asked if he was ok a couple of time. he then took a bonus intended for everyone and said he will just split it with the day guards. a few days later he lost his temper and punch the all in one Pc in front of me causing it to break in the middle of reception. My area manager came in and had a word so then he was boasting he can do anything he likes and get away with it.

today i raised a formal grievance and was asked what i want to happen to him and i didnt know what to say. I dont want to work with him he has no idea how to be a supervisor or how to behave towards anyone

My firm has 6,500 employees who are paid the same day every month. In a few months the new company are going to move the pay date to every four weeks.

so every paydate each month is a few days earlier so is constantly moving backwards making direct debits a nightmare and in my case my average goes from 1800 / 1700 to 1500 for 2 months then 1800 then 1500 for another two and so on. No existing employee wants this change is their any way we can appeal it?

so corfu ran out of landfill a few years back. eu gave millions for them to build waste treatment and they spent it elsewhere. they then illegally built a new landfill causing riots.

we went in October and rubbish was piled everywhere. What do you think the government will do next year to cure the situation before the season or do you think they will do nothing?

about 4 years ago i got on the electoral and got a 5k loan. after that paid every month without issue took no other credit everything was the same as the last 10 years. recently i applied to top up the loan and put time at address as 8 years because i have lived there 8 years and the loan got refused could it be because of that. i have no other debt and as i said everything is the same for the last 10 years

I got hit in the rear. One company was chasing bike damages another injuries and gear.

the driver had no insurance but the owner who was a different person claimed the bike was in a garage at the time. for 3 months my firms chased the tpi for proof about the garage.

suddenly the tpi have said they will make a total loss payment without predujice for the bike damage. does this mean they may still dispute the case and hold of paying the rest or is it likely they will now settle everything

where i work the receptionist is constantly calling banks friends partner whatever for ages then and when clients come in she keeps getting up and moving making the security do her job. im trying to find a battery operated unit that goes between the phone and the socket that i can press a button and kill the call

i stopped at lights and a car plowed into me throwing me over my motorbike.

police took the drivers details from his licence. the owner who is somebody else is now claiming it was in a garage at the time getting repaired but wont provide proof.

the tpi have tried to say they have no interest as the owner wasnt driving yet have made no attempt to show any proof.

the company that is supplying the hire bike and attempting to claim cost is saying that the 3rd party do not have to deal with it and they cant make them. that part i dont understand. its been 50 days now
