Why is that dumb prompt error from spectrum cable kept saying unable to complete your request?
and we're unable to play your selection when I was trying to rent a nice good movie from on demand, please try again later, was it because my mom was behind on her cable payment or what?

We usually have to reboot the Spectrum box when this happens. It takes 15 minutes or so to finish, but then it works again.

Have your mom call spectrum and ask but it sounds as if it could be because she's behind or late on a payment.
