Although I decided to study in the faculty of distance learning,I believe there is no substitute for regular education system.

Not quite. It would be clearer to say "Although I decided to study in the faculty by using distance learning, I believe nothing can replace the regular education system."
However, if that is what you believe, then why choose distance learning?
