Anyone with experience building a shipping container house?

I ve been looking into the idea of building either a single 20ft or 40ft tiny shipping container house. If anyone has any tips that be awesome! I m also looking to see examples of what it may cost. The 20ft is only about 160 sqft and the 40ft is about 320 sqft

    Number one problem is getting it allowed by local building depts. And then if they permit... they put on foundation requirments, insulation required, etc,,, It ends up more expense than a regular frame construction. But I have seen it done in remote regions with little regulations.
