Who can I talk to in real life regarding questions for a Japanese Visa?

I would like to work and learn in Japan in the future, and of course I have questions about the different types of Visas and stuff like that. Are their people I can talk to in person about these questions? Where?

Look up Japanese visa regulations & immigration law online. Start with the website for the Japanese consulate nearest your home. If you have questions after doing your homework, you need professional advice, so hire a Japanese immigration attorney & pay for it.

Regarding a work visa, you cannot apply for one on your own. You need a sponsor (employer) for a work visa.

For a student visa you first apply for admission to a school. Once you are accepted as a future student the school will help you with the student visa application.
