What is case management in Staywell Medicaid health insurance?
I just got a message that asked me to call back. They said that I may need case management. What does it mean? Is my plan in danger? Is my Medicaid information danger? Is my SSI in danger?

Call them back....
Case management services assist Medicaid beneficiaries in obtaining needed medical and related services. It also reevaluates their clients every year or so, they may ask you about PT work or volunteer work. If you have a disability that requires lots of different doctors(cancer, HIV, Brain tumor, etc) or dozens of medication, they will help you coordinate it all. Don't worry, they are there to assist you.
