Buy a bigger pot and a bag of potting soil. Put some soil in the bottom of the new pot. Put the plant in the pot on its side and pull tthe plant out gently. You might have to tap the side of the pot. The plant will be solid with roots and soil. Put it into the new pot. Put soil all around the roots and push it down tight. Then give it some water.

Tell it you are giving it a new home and it will be homeless for just a short while. Vitamin B1 will help it get through the stress.
