  • If you aren’t muddling the fruit or eating it, I’d say the carb count would be too low to matter for someone on a Leto diet or a diabetic.

    ANYTHING that has fruit in it, even just the juice, has carbs.

    Where do you think the "infusion" part comes from?? The juice of the fruit.

    The carbs won't be many but it will still have a few.

    Fruit has carbohydrates in it, so if you use fruit, you will have carbohydrates.

    You will have to look at the Nutrient Label of the items you use.

    Some No, Others Yes.

    For the most part, by 8 oz glass, it should be negligible.
