More "experts" are bullish on the market than not.
Of course the market is going to crash, it always has and it will always do it again. Markets go up AND down, not up OR down.
The trend in the market has been towards the upside, are you dumb enough to trade against the market - most "experts" and professionals are not.
Do you have enough money to short the 500's and more importantly do you have enough money to carry the short.

"The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent." - old market axiom
I personally have just slowed down my new investments and begun to build cash positions to take advantage of the next sell off. I don't see anything other than debt levels in the government of major concern. Full out severe crashes occur when the financial system gets sick, and its actually relatively healthy. Still this is a long in the tooth bull market, it would not surprise me if we had a mild recession to shake out a little of the excesses before too long.

Even these "experts" are wrong many times. Dont take their word as the truth. They are merely guessing. Sometimes right. Sometimes wrong.

If you do, make sure they’re very short term investments. Eventually the market will recuperate and you will lose the majority of your short investment. Short-selling requires vigilant monitoring of the market DAILY.

Short selling is a dangerous option for an amateur. If you short a stock, you could be on the hook for a big loss. If the stork goes up, you could go bankrupt.

Why didnt you short it 2 years ago when "they" were all telling you to do that? Meanwhile it went to record highs.
