Is there a way of not getting frustated with this world?

Life is frustrating, buddy. There are many, many things in the world that you cannot control or change. Intead, effect what change you can. Be kind to those around you, thoughtful to those you love, generous to those who need it. Give what you can in whatever capacity you can, whether it's time, work, money, or service. Doing something small to positively affect someone else is better than doing nothing at all.
