I WAS SO SKINNY WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND NOW IM FAT HELP ME?

Growing up I was always the shortest and skinniest person I knew. I was underweight most my life but when I was in high school I had a growth spurt and went from like 4'10" to 5'2" real quick and now im 5'3" (Its not tall but the doctors told my parents i might be a legal little person lol). Since I got taller, my weight stayed the same and so i looked skinny still. I have been gaining weight since I got into college and it was deff because the freedom of college but I would really like to lose the weight I gained and get back to my high school weight. I started going to the gym which i didn't do when i was younger but i find i am starving all the time and idk why and i want to be skinny i am so confused. I am now 5'3" and 140lbs and would like to get back to like 120 ish so thats 20lbs i want to lose and I am having. alot of trouble. What can I do? How can i not feel hungry? Why have i started to gain weight when i was so skinny before

    Read prevention magazine and put together

    A natural beneficial food diet. Also fast two

    Days a week for 18 hours to help take off

    A few pounds. I only fast on the week end.

    You get used to it. Start at midnight sleep

    For 8 hours and don't eat until 6 pm. Then

    Have small meals once an hour. Like a banana

    And fiber one oatmeal Cooky or strawberries

    Or vegetables or a 6" subway sandwich or

    A few hard boiled eggs or some salmon or

    Mixed nuts and blueberries. Small beneficial

    Meals. Then start the next fast at midnight

    And do it again. Try to only eat small amounts

    Of each beneficial food. It's about over all

    Heath plus an over all work out with cardio

    And getting enough bottled water and rest.
