No. If someone enters our nation on a Visa then overstays it, or has sneaked across the border with the intent of living and working in the US without having secured proper paperwork, then they should be expelled. With that said, I do believe there should be exceptions for children who have resided in the US from a young age, as they should not be held accountable for the crimes of their parents.
Additionally, people who show up and apply for asylum are not illegals. If they attempt to sneak in farther without following our laws, then round them up and send them home, but if they show up and ask for the paperwork to fill out then we should follow the law from there.

No- thats just a tale made up by cons to scare and rile up their base, which is very easy to do. I'm sure a very small percentage feel that way, but a small percentage of republicans feel children should be eaten too, yet we don't pretend the majority of you feel that way.
