On Yelp you can always throw away the single worst rant, because they are the ones who cannot be pleased. The others are mostly the reasons already stated.

Typically bad reviews come from:
Poor service, as a result of understaffing or poor training, or bad hiring practices of uncaring people
Product is not as advertised or claimed
Product does not function
Product fails far short of its expected period of utility
Company unwilling to respond with replacement or deep discount on new
Product overpriced for no added value
Shipping fees far in excess of actual shipping cost
Poor customer service with complaints received, and we're back to the beginning

if they wont follow up and back up what they sell making every excuse to hang onto every dollar they ripped you off of, they wont have any customer confidence and will get a pisspoor review .. i experience it all the time .. if i dont like something or the way it came i expect to be compensated and i expect that process to be easy and automatic, not told 'sorry you just have to suck it up and deal with it' or go through some long process to prove that they are the ones that pooched it .. yeah i wont be doing business there again if at all possible and will tell every mthr fcker i meet they suck ...
