No. The definition of lazy isn't inactivity. Its choosing not to be active. The world fattest person doesn't choose to not be active. They cant be active because I'm sure they cant even stand.

after you reach a certain weight its no possible to work simply because its to hard to move, once you have reached this stage its a double whammy, less exercise means more weight gain, more weight means less exercise..

They cannot move hardly so I wouldn't know if that would qualify as lazy, it would be the same as calling a person who is paralyzed lazy.
