Trump tried to get McGahn to fire The Special Prosecutor investigating him, and then told him to deny it afterward?

That's obstruction of justice, and Trump tried to hide his guilt because he asked McGahn to deny he did it afterward: So here's a related question: Should defendants in criminals trials be allowed to remove the prosecutors trying to prosecute them in their own trials? And secondly, should there be severe penalties for the said defendant if they do?

Two crucial points you seem to be overlooking:

    1) Was Mueller fired?

    2) Was Trump guilty of Russian Collusion?

WHO CARES??? You have ATTEMPTED obstruction of a WITCH-HUNT.

Bill Clinton was charged with obstruction of an actual CRIME. Hillary Clinton obstructed justice for an actual CRIME. We still do not have all of the subpoenaed emails of Hillary's.

You are asking the Republicans to care about ATTEMPTED obstruction of a witch-hunt, when you do not care about real obstruction of justice.

    I DO NOT CARE!!!!

Talking to your lawyer is not obstruction when no actions were taken.

So says the DNC press, and congressmen, but they were not there. Still they know more than both McGahn and the president. I think those who lie in public, when they have no facts, should be drawn and quartered in public.

Who cares? The whole investigation was a sham, and everyone on it needed to be fired.

That's why Barr is going to investigate how it got started in the first place.

Spying on the 'then candidate' Trump for political reasons is the stuff of Watergate.

what the democrats are going for here, is RENEWED fire in the belly, to start a full throated, and meaty impeachment trial.

I think they got what they wanted in the first few minutes.

Did the report EXONORATE him? NO-

Does the report indicate there was collusion? YES.

Is the only reason you didn't indict, because you can't indict a sitting president? YES.

Can a president be charged AFTER he is out of office. YES.

The rest doesn't matter.............there is it..........he's saying TRUMP committed crimes.......they rise to the level of impeachment...........and they did NOT exonerate him, but HE had no power to indict.

Congress has the power to IMPEACH. They need to DO that.

It is within the Presidents right to fire any member of the executive branch. Just as it was when he fired James Comey.

Nope, if Trump punished McGahn for not doing as asked, then you might have a case. He did not, never hurts to ask.
