How do you reverse mental exhaustion?

    Some times a change of gear will help, that is, perhaps your studying or whatever and feel drained, then simply reading something more interesting on a different subject can help. Some other writing on some other subject....A change is as good as a holiday in this regard. Or, of course, stop reading all together. Think of it like this, you spend time in concentration, that is, time taking in, then it needs to be balanced by time getting out of yourself, walking, table tennis, whatever, time looking out.
