A temporary remedy that helps me is to take arthritis formula BC powder and walking short distances, to start out.
Hope this helps some.

Get a recumbent bicycle and ride it 20-30 minutes every day. Swimming is the best exercise for arthritis patients. Drink a lot of water (not colas or other caffeine drinks), and eat fruit and vegetables insteads of sweets, which aggravates arthritis.

That is a consultation with Your Primary Care Physician, and a Licensed Dietitian; maybe add a Licensed Physical Therapist (not a Trainer).
Since you are not moving (like me) you can cut your meal portions by 25% as a start. or 50% and eat an extra (fourth) meal.
Unless eating has become a habit that might do it. I only eat twice a day, drinking Iced water between and at meals. Nibble on Cold Carrots.

You have to setup an exercise routine and diet plan for yourself.
Exercise has a reward, you get flush with good chemicals, and your overall health increases. So get to it. Work out every day, in every way you want. It has helped me tremendously. If you want to know what exercises are basic for people with your conditions, please consult google, as I don't know off the top of my head.
