will it reduce immigration fraud? pay as much as they would earn in native country.?

people enter rich countries to earn more and tell all sorts of lies. governments should let them earn only as little as for same work in their old country. remaining money should be taken by the governments. this seems a quick and cheap solution. is there any law against this?

Yes, there are several laws against that. The fact that migrants work cheaper under the table is the very reason wages have plummeted in fields like construction, landscaping, food service and childcare. Allowing more of it will only make those industries even more unattractive for citizens and legal residents to get into.

Yes, Its called the Fair Labor Standards Act, which among other things, establishes minimum wage.

Immigration is more of an issue outside the USA than in the USA and the Republicans and Trump use it as a diversion away from the real issues. To control it the way you state in the USA, you first have to document the 10 or 11 million here already, and fix the issue of people running away from their country by fixing the oppressive conditions there. Trump supports the dictatorship governments and is awful at working with people, and contributes to the problem rather than solving it. Document as renewable visas with work permits except those with criminal records outside immigration law. Swifter stronger deportation and heavy penalties on illegal crossing after deportation. Clear immigration court backlogs. Heavy employer penalties for hiring "under the table" or not verifying Social Security numbers and IDs. Highly improve checkpoint at legal designated border crossings. Fix the women and children issues at source countries.

But, the main issues in the USA today are the massive skew of wealth with top 20% owning about 85% and bottom 80% owning only 15% of the nation's wealth. Completely broken health care system. Infrastructure crumbling. Climate change and preventing flooding of coastal cities, too much money in politics and not enough corruption prevention laws, excessive guns in private hands and too easy to transfer them.

most of the 'poor' ones are trying to escape corruption and drug-king run governments that THEY allowed to happen, and now it's just EASIER to run then to fight ...................
