The cost is whatever the orthodontist you choose quotes you in whichever country on this planet you live on.
There are different implant systems with different costs and application techniques. There are different types of teeth which can be attached to the implanted peg using a few different fixing methods. There is also a wide variety in the length and quality of the essential aftercare package. Finally there are a range of different payment methods.
Each implant plan is tailored to the individual patient according to their needs, even if some orthodontists advertise a “typical” fixed price (never truly fixed for the reasons already given).
So you will at best only get well-intentioned guesses here which are useless. You need to research online who the best orthodontists offering implants are in your area, shortlist a few, and then make appointments for initial consultations.
Prices may change as the outcome depends upon x-ray results and whether the implant goes as planned.
