YES!!! The first recorded instance of this is with Moses and his followers receiving Mana in The Desert! Undoubtedly the tradition of God helping humanity far predates Moses though.

By reciting the rosary each day with care, a person can know with certainty God exists.

God works through people that do the said act and other generous and charitable deeds.

God doesn't appear to feed starving people. WE have been given the great commission by Jesus Christ to go and do what Jesus did - preach the gospel to the unbelieving, feed the poor, give water to the thirsty, heal the sick - that's why we have Doctors to heal the sick and preachers to preach the gospel etc., because it's mankind who must be God's hands and feet in this world.

Outside stories in the Bible, there is no proof it ever happened.

There is plenty on the planet for everyone's needs... but not nearly enough for everyone's greed.

Besides, haven't you read "Man does not live by bread alone, but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God."

Yes, God does this every day. He works through people to feed the poor and needy. He also expects us to do our part. Whining and complaining about injustices does nothing to solve the problems.
