I live with this every day, the first thing that I had done was try to figure out what was causing the issue. then from there I had gone to a doctor with My partner. she was given some medication to help with it.
I have to be honest and say im not the patient of people and I really had to learn to be patient. you have to be positive and try to motivate without being pushy. it is a hard thing to do if its just new to you.
