You've have to naturalize in India and become an Indian citizen to hold an Indian passport.

You can't. You are not a citizen of India.

First, you would have to obtain Indian citizenship. Your Indian husband will have to check requirements for foreigners in general, and Nepalese citizens in particular (there are a few special rules for Nepalese), to obtain residency, and perhaps Indian citizenship, before you have any chance of applying for an Indian passport.

    No chance .

  • Try checking the Indian embassy web site
