    Stopping smoking once it is a habit is very hard.

    Saying "no" to that first cigarette is not.

    Saying "no" to a friend that wants to smoke in your house or your car is difficult.

    Saying "no" to an inconsiderate stranger that is smoking in places where they should not be smoking is difficult.
