As others have already said, you can write whatever you want - it's your story after all.
What I as a reader expect from a good story is consistency. So, think about the properties and characteristics of your world, the special creatures in it, what they can/can't do, etc. and work out your story in that framework. If you find out that this doesn't work out, change the framework but make it internally consistent.
You don't have to disclose all the mechanics of your world to your readers, and certainly you don't have to do it at once via an info dump. (It would even be OK to introduce something later on that seemingly is in conflict with what the reader "knows" about the world, as long as it is consistent when examining closer, e.g. through a second reading. Read "Shutter Island" by Dennis Lehane for an excellent example of how to turn everything on its head but in a way that is actually consistent with the entire narrative upon a reread.)
There are so so many vampire books out there as to probably have covered all the ground that there is to cover.
For one of the earliest (the earliest?) example of a "realistic", scientific depiction of vampires, read Richard Matheson's "I Am Legend". Read it especially if you've seen the movie and you think you know the story. You don't. The book is very different - and much better. Also, it's quite short so that there really is no excuse not to read it.
Hope this helps a little.

Write what you like - but before you start, you really should work on your basic English.

"info" = "into"? "thos" = "this"
There are real life blood drinkers who say they are vampires. If they can turn a human into a vampire in this world, other than convince the human to acquire a taste for blood, like acquiring a taste for beer (I doubt they can, since a person must do more than live on blood to be anything like Vlad Dracula or a vampire bat. A real life vampire doesn't exist.. Even Vlad was not a vampire.), then your vampire can turn a human into a vampire.
Your story. Your fantasy world.
