Occorre ricordare che √x²=|x|
quindi
per x→+oo allora le x possono essere considerate positive per cui √x²=x e quindi dividendo per x ottieni ciò che hai scritto
per x→-oo allora le x devono essere considerate negative per cui √x²= - x se dividi il tutto per x devi mettere un meno davanti alla radice cioè x = - √x² per x<0 (la radice è positiva, la x è negativa occorre aggiungere un -)
