Is there a reason why pedestrians walk on a freeway and get kille?

Any pedestrian who walks on a freeway any time (especially at night and they're wearing dark clothing) has a death wish.

Two reasons. The usual one does not include being killed.

Anyone with a death wish may also seek a freeway walk.

On several occasions I have suddenly seen (and two or thee times almost hit) black guys wearing black clothing walking on unlighted streets at night. Are they hoping to make me a racist killer?

Homeless people live in the landscaping. I have seen them dressed in black walking without a care.

Yes there is a reason. It's called natural selection.

Natural selection was discovered by Charles Darwin, and it happens to ensure the very survival of a species. If the dumbest / slowest / weakest of the gene pool can be eliminated, it keeps the rest of the species strong.

Let's face it anyone who is dumb enough to think it's safe to walk on a freeway is way too dumb to reproduce.
