There are some words that might make a nice name. Here are some from the Chinese language you might use:
Bái lǎohǔ: White Tiger (a constellation name)
Báisè: White
Yin: Silver
Bing: Ice
Star: Xīng (Use Zing)
In fiction, there is a white tiger based on the mythological Chinese tiger, and called: Driger.

This site gives some Chinese translations for the words above, and it actually will say the words for you. Just type them into the search box.

If you used a name such as "Baylo" (pronounced BI-lo), it would be similar to the white tiger. The entire name is pronounced: BI-lo-hoo.
Yin, would also be cute.
Baylo, Yin, Bing, Zing, Driger.
Or, use other words such as:
Silva, Ice, Flash, Snow, Frost, Tic Tac, Panda
