Why can I not put any comments on answers today?

    The only thing that should prevent that is if you are blocked by the user you are attempting to comment to.

    I just Tested it its working Fine or on my End it is Does it only happen on one Specific User ? Or is it on All Users if its just one Specific User then its Possible you may have been Blocked if its All Users then it could be a Bug with the YA Site
