The Google Pixel phone will be the worse option for both video and photos due to the small sensor, low-quality lens and the total lack of control.
The Panasonic TZ200 and the Sony RX100 VI are good for both because they offer manual and semi-manual control of the exposure, but they are not ideal for video because they both lack a mic and headphone jack. For this reason most will pass on these two cameras and why you'd be better off with something else. You say you want to use these camera/phones for photos, but you don't state what kind of photos. Depending upon what you shoot or what you thing you will want to shoot sometime in the future, will dictate what specific features that you'll need. So if all you want to shoot are landscapes, vacation shots, social events and ordinary snapshots, then the TZ200 and RX100 VI will be great as that is what these two cameras are designed for. But if you shoot anything moving then these won't be good enough.
I would strongly suggest that you go to dpreview's YouTube channel and do a search for the TZ200 and RX100 VI. Dpreview does an excellent job on reviewing both the photo and video capabilities of various cameras. Here's a link for the RX100 VI: https://www.youtube.com/user/dpreviewcom/search?qu...
