C - for good but improvement
B - for great
A - Amazing

"Good looking" is in the eye of the beholder and all that matters is that someone you fancy finds you "good looking". For instance I find Ryan Gosling to be singularly unattractive and I just don't get why so many think he's hot. Likewise all the people you rate as "C"s probably have admirers who find them very sexy. It's all down to one's personal taste.
