Back in the 1960s Credit Card companies used to send credit cards to recent HS graduates without them being requested, you either sent the card back or were considered a customer. Because I graduated from HS early I got one at 16, lucky for me Mom found out before I got in too much trouble (never leave things in your jeans pocket if Mom does the laundry)

I wish you would learn how to use this site. This is not a question, and violates the guidelines.
Chatting or otherwise violating the question-and-answer format.
Yahoo Answers is a community of questions and answers, not a chat room. If a post is neither a question nor an answer, it doesn't belong here. If you prefer to have discussions or chat with others, please use one of Yahoo's other community services, such as Yahoo Groups.

You can have a prepaid card or a debit card. No one can lend to under 18's and even adults have trouble getting a credit card with a low interest rate. Unemployed and low wages/poor credit adults can't even get a card with bad interest rates.
