In my mind, Texas and Caliornia produce the most outstanding looking women. Year after year. There's no Ugly Miss America contest, so I don't have a clue.

California is hot women and new York is ugly women. The weather. What do guys like bundled up women for out on the street. Anyways why they get catcalled wearing two scarfs and a thick coat and a thick hat they can't see anything.
