Why does no one care whether I get my degree??
I can’t afford to pay for college, yet no one cares because no one is helping me. I can’t get financial aid because I’m defaulted in student loans. No one will give me a scholarship. Help!!! I’m tired of working in minimum wage jobs and I’m stuck working them. No other jobs will hire me because they see I don’t have a degree

You should have thought about this before you decided not to pay for your responsibilities.
Go to federal education schools. The Job Corp has a max age of about 23. There is another that has full lessons to complete a diploma. Like in Mechanical, Electrical, and Circuit Board Drafting. I am not recalling it's federal name. Still a federal one. Yet with close by schools. Look around. Ask questions.
Have you tried Praying to GOD and asking GOD about this?

You getting a degree is not others' responsibility lol.
That being said, you want something bad enough, you will figure out a way. Feeling sorry for yourself won't help you.
Or....you look at jobs/trades which don't require degrees.
Or....you start your own business.
Or....you work several jobs to save.
Or....you find an employer who is willing to help with tuition cost. This presumes you are a stellar employee worth the investment.
You know the saying: where there is a will, there is a way. May sound trite but it is oh so true.
