False. Ashkenazi Jews and Asians score higher than Whites on IQ tests.

Because no white is allowed to be smarter than any black person now!

Because IQ-tests aren't objective. They basically measure the amount of ("western") education you had.

And because averages by skincolour aren't objective either if you ignore divisions by haircolour, eyecolour, poverty-level or country of residence

Not so sure it is forbidden but IQ tests don't truly measure intelligence. They are more a measure of a person's socio-economic status. People with more money have greater access to better schools and are more likely to have two parents.

because IQ only measures within the same cohort. A white person and black person cannot be compared as they are not the same cohort. Likewise a man and a woman cannot be compare as they also are not the same cohort
