Got new phone why cant I delte some apps I don't use?

That is one of my biggest annoyances with Android phones. Sometimes the manufacturer and/or carrier include a bunch of useless bloatware apps that cannot be removed. Without rooting your phone, the best you can do is to disable as many of the apps as possible. Even then, some apps can't be disabled. I use Nova Launcher and it has the ability to hide apps. I use it to hide the apps that cannot be uninstalled/disabled.
If you're willing to root your phone, you can then use an app that removes apps that normally cannot be removed or install a custom ROM (if available) that doesn't contain any bloatware.

If you can't delete, uninstall, or disable the apps, then you will have to root your phone to get rid of them.
