Massive corruption and a lack of oversight. Both were accustomed to spending tax payer money like water and handing out chunks of cash like it was Halloween candy.

They were paid for giving speeches... to companies and special intrest groups they gave massive tax breaks and government grants to.

some of it was, imho, shady dealings by wealthy supporters. more came from selling books to the gullible.

"Obama's and Clinton's" are possessive nouns, not plural nouns. "Obama's and Clinton's" is incorrect usage.
