Spouse diabetic w / 2 years blood & protein in urine. Almost year high psa was due for a biopsy for prostrate cancer and didn't go what now?

    You can't force your spouse to start eating properly or to go to the doctor. You can't do anything really. It's your spouse's choice.

    And it's prostate cancer... no "r" in the word.

    If your husband has diabetes 2, he can reverse the diabetes by eating a Ketogenic diet exclusively. See Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube for Diabetes 2

    Convince spouse to go to the doctor.

    Contact doctor and reschedule the missed appointment.

    Ignoring the health issues won't make them go away. Only a doctor can decide what treatment options may be available based on the outcome of all recommended tests.

    All you can do is try to convince your spouse to keep the appointments and follow the doctor's advice.
