How to quickly dry a wet tool belt?

My tool belt got rained on and is soaked. I need it tomorrow morning. What's the quickest way to dry it?

You're not telling me what your tool belt is made of but if my tools and my tool belt got wet I'd be headed to the local hardware store and I'd get myself a gallon of denatured alcohol and I'd fill a bucket with it and I'd stick my tools in my tool belt in the denatured alcohol and I had swish it around and around and around and around. And let the alcohol absorb all the water then I pull out the tools and tool belt. And blow air from a hair dryer on it. Throw the alcohol onto the dirt. And the remaining alcohol that's on the tool belt and on the tools will dry with the hair dryer at about 5 minutes most of the water will be caught by the gallon of denatured alcohol at a cost you about $15 to do that.
