Why do we fall in love?
like, it such a weird concept. you meet this one person who is suddenly just your whole world?? you show this person every inch of you, introduce them to all your memories and every aspect of your life. but why? love at first sight in particular- i believe it because i’ve experienced it. i met my current boyfriend three years ago at this religion class thing, and as soon as i seen him, i knew i wanted to spend my life with him. and so far it holds out- it’s been three years and we’re very happy. does anyone have like scientific evidence behind this?

Oh my. Okay, humans are social creatures and it's in our nature to pair bond. "Love at first sight" is actually lust/infatuation that in some rare cases results in an actual relationship (although unless all the other conditions are in sync you won't end up married to this guy). Get back to us on your 25th wedding anniversary.
