Do you think my weight loss will encourage my daughter to lose weight?
Ive lost 30 lbs, and still have 58lbs to go. I think that will put me under my daughters weight, but not sure.
My daughter is a beautiful girl, but her weight bloomed after she gave birth to her children. She is obese.
She had a bad divorce and is doing better now.
Do you think my weight loss will encourage her to drop off some weight?

Talk to her! She learnt her eating habits from you and now it's time for you to undo the damage. Talk to her mother to mother about the responsibility she has to set a good example to her children and apologise for not doing so yourself. Also talk about the risk of her not being around to see her children grow into adulthood if she doesn't change her ways. Cook together or if you don't live close by you can share recipes online and facetime cooking together. Start your own slimming club by having weekly weigh ins and going for walks together even if you need to facetime it. A bit of gentle competetiveness will do you both good. Best of luck x

It might. No guarantee. Just focus on yourself. Because you can only control yourself.
