Why is the girl who rejected me so upset at me?
She rejected me twice (No big deal) and when she found out that I asked out another girl she was upset.
We had an emotional conversation about that and other things.
I texted her to hope she was alright letting her know if she isn't that she should let me know. And she has not texted me back since.

She enjoys your attention and knowing she could have you if she wants you. It bruised her ego that you moved on. She has shown you that she is not mature enough to date in the first place, and you can't be friends if she is going to interfere in your relationships. You need to cut ties with her.

She is probably annoyed that you moved on. It sounds like you've dodged a bullet if she's cranky. Her loss.
