Pro-choicers, do you realize that if a pregnant woman is murdered the killer is charged with double homicide?

Thus, abortion is murder.

Only in some states, because anti-choice people have pushed these laws onto the books as a wedge issue.

Meanwhile murder is an UNLAWFUL killing. If abortion is legal, then a legal abortion can no more be murder than legally executing someone of death row is murder or a police officer legally killing someone who is a clear and imminent threat is murder.

    Not always true.

If the women is say 8 months into term then yes double homicide would probably be charged.

If she is say 8 weeks into term then a double homicide would not be charged.

Wow I researched the law and you're absolutely right! if you kill a pregnant woman you get charged with two counts of homicide!

What more do you need? How it can be illegal to kill a pregnant woman and her baby. Yet it's legal for a pregnant woman to kill her own baby is beyond me!

All states are different. Some state believe that it’s wrong to single out women for regulation.

So what? Call abortion whatever you want. It's irrelevant. That's not the point. But you people are simply too stupid to understand this issue.

In both cases it must be the mother's choice, not the killer's and not the government's.
