Very simple, don't use your phone browser the internet on anything you don't want your mom to know you look at.

Or get your own account, pay for it, and poof, you are the only one that know what you do on your phone.

I find it funny, that at 12, I was able to fly a cross country to magic contests, by myself, paying for the flight and hotel/motel, and using a pay phone to keep in contact with my folks, and today's kids can't think their way past their bedroom door, because their parents can't trust them or of the house.
