What does it mean when a job wants to rehire you twice? The 1st time after they fired me and the 2nd time after I quit. I came back 1st time?

    they like you, i once left a job for a while and then came back and they hired me again

    It means that both the company and you are squirrely. But you must have some intrinsic value so go for it.
