I have a tourist visa for the USA and I already submitted my I-130. Can I visit America while I'm waiting for the I-130 to process?
My husband is an American citizen. Will it cause problems with my application for a resident visa/green card if I visit while the I-130 is still processing?

You very likely won't be allowed to enter the US during processing as you've already stated your intent to someday remain there. So at present you represent an overstay risk.

Yes, you can continue using your USA tourist visa. However, be prepared to assure the US Immigration Officer you are only visiting and will exit on schedule. Mainly be straightforward if you are questioned and tell them things like "I am not trying to circumvent the immigration visa process and I will exit on schedule" and "I am not going to apply to adjust status while I am in the USA as a tourist". .

If you already have the visa, go ahead. It won't affect anything.
Your I-130 would affect your application for a tourist visa however, so it's good that you already have the tourist visa.
