Late/missed period?

I started the Keto diet maybe two weeks ago. I have also been taking 4 dance classes, three times a week. Sometimes I would go on a stationary bike/ do crunches when I don’t have class. I’m eating around 800 or less calories per day. Sometimes 900. I was supposed to get my period on the 18th and I haven’t gotten it for 6 days now. I’m stressed because I have a trip to go to on the 29!! My period usually last 5 days, so I would consider this missed. So, if I missed my period, could it come next week? Or would it just come at the usual scheduled time (like if I had gotten my period, even though I didn’t). I hope that makes sense!

No, your period will not just suddenly get back on track. Your next one can come at any time. You started keto 2 weeks ago, but when did you start restricting calories?

I have no idea when your period is going to arrive. However, the Ketogenic diet is never about a calorie deficit... it's about counting carbohydrates and the carbs we are supposed to get are all from vegetables, heavy whipping cream if you use it, and cheeses. Some people eat a few nuts or berries once in a while, but in moderation and count the carbs.

Do planks not crunches. Crunches and sit ups are some of the worst things you can do to your spine. You can find safe exercises like planks and side planks on YouTube.

And educate yourself about Keto.... 800 calories? NOT enough. You can completely stall your weight loss by doing this. There is a good webpage for information called Diet Doctor Keto for Beginners. Google it - the entire website is good. And there are keto groups on facebook for help, but some of them have a shitton of "keto police" on them. Keto Shits N Giggles is probably the best facebook page out there and they have a lot of great documents in their files for help too.

No one knows when your period is going to arrive. It's one of those great mysteries of life

I would be far more concerned about the fact that you are starving yourself than about the state of your period.

You realize that you have an eating disorder, right?

You're starving yourself to death and your body, in response, is saying, "Holy heck maybe this is not the best time to make a new baby!" Nobody can tell you when your period will be back again.
