So why is it 2019, and blacks are still the most impoverished culture in America?  Where are they going?

They simply don't have any money.  I am white, and ride public transportation, and 90% of the bus riders are black.  A lot of the time, they don't even have the $2.00 for a one way trip.  90% of the bus drivers are black, 'so they give they brothas and sistas a break'.   They stand in front of 7-Eleven and constantly beg for money.  They try to sell me stuff on the sidewalk.  They try to sell me drugs, which i've never done.  What is wrong with that culture?
