Is 162 milligrams of salt in a double serving of breakfast cereal each day, too much and unhealthy?

Weet Bix Organic (1 serving = 2 biscuits/30 grams, containing 81 milligrams of salt/sodium.)

But I feel that 2 wheat cereal biscuits is not enough for an adult. I would rather eat 4.

Its said that salt in breakfast cereal should be limited to within 300 mg per 100 grams.

Weet Bix Organic has 270 mg of salt/sodium per 100 grams.

Adults should eat no more than 6g of salt a day (2.4g sodium). 162mg isn't much if you consider that you can safely consume another 5.838g of salt throughout the day or another 144 weet bix if you so choose.
