What is This Soap Holder? I Broke My Friend's...?

I broke special soap holder and I want to replace it for her.

Where can I buy one of this specific one?

    I can't find a white Wabasso soap dish online, "Hannah" didn't bring up any results, nor did the UPC code. This is likely old or has been discontinued.

    In any case, soap dishes aren't that special. Pick up something comparable in the same color from a local store. I doubt you'll get any trouble about it not being exactly the same model.

    Buy a jar of Gorilla Glue and glue it back together.

    No idea. Ask your friend where she got it, or have her find a replacement that she likes on Amazon and send you the link so you can buy it.
