It depends on the resturant every place will have different labels/positions. For my company it goes like this
1) General Manager
2) Sous Chef (daytime)
3) Grill cook
4) Salad Prep
5) Assistant sous chef (night time/closing)
6) Pots/Utilities worker (dishwasher)
